Today 18th May 2020,at around 1550pm,I boarded one of your buses,namely number,095,from bus station terminus, headed for Joska as usual.
Surprisingly today we were charged 200 for any stop,on every client, above the 'normal. nowardays,150,,and the usual being 100,which I understand due to the covid 19 perdemic.
My question arise whether 200 is justified, and if so why not announced officially as the routine.
Hope this question will get a reply today,because it usual to have no response to replies.,but the message is home.

Bus Fared;
Today is 18th May 2020,at 1550pm.and I have boarded a city shuttle bus from bus station to JoskaUm surprised that I've been charged 200shs.Is it normal or the fares have been increased??

Despite the inflated fares they carry to capacity na ukikataa kusonga wanakushukisha. It happened yesterday at night 8pm shuttle no KBT 338E no 208 carried to capacity from bus station abused passangers ...poor services....

Very poor customer service.
Today I took a city shuttle from westlands, the conductor. Kbt 195D. The lady was abusing the commuters. Is this the kind of customer service.
