Metropolitan Hospital Nairobi is a community hospital with over 500 shareholders. The main shareholder was Mr. Ancrum Evans, a British investor who first came to Kenya in 1943. he has moved on to sell most of his shares to the locals in order to achieve his original vision of owning a minority share, thus not having a controlling share. In 2017, the Hospital entered into a partnership with a strategic investor in a bid to propel its growth vision. Since then, we have upgraded and modernized most of the infrastructure and we look forward to be a one stop shop for all healthcare related needs. The hospital endeavors to have a mutually beneficial relationship with the neighborhood. We have managed to collaborate with churches and the community in health education, free check ups to screen
