IS THE SCHOOL MADE FOR THE DEAF PEOPLE ONLY. IF NOT HOW CAN ONE GET APPLICATION FORM IN INTERESTED IN DIPLOMA IN FASHION DESIGN. AM PARENT AND MY DAUGHTER IS INTEREST IN SUCH COURSE.
