I won tablet*2 and I paid 5500 an I was promised I will get the money back and am yet to receive the tablet

I won a tablet*2 and paid 5500 and I have not heard anything from you. Can I get the money back cause I have not received any of this devices. That was the only money I had to sustain me in school. Please help me
If i won a special tablet(x2);ami supposed to pay any additional amount of money to get my tablets?!..
