With ten years experience in auctioneering, we assist landlords to realize the potential of their rented premises by ensuring the rent is paid on time: by 10th of the month latest. In case you do not give us your property to manage, you can give us instructions to chase the rent once it is late by 20th of the month (distress for rent).

You need not pass through a lawyer as we are licensed to act direct and recover the rent. We also advise on how to deal with water and electricity defaulters because in most cases tenants do not pay and when they vacate the landlord is left with the problem.
