My question regards kangundo donyo sabuk road. I was approached by a company engeneer to sell them my marum material from my land, in return they were to pay each vehicle 1200 and fill the pit with waste material from the road, non of this has been met. I have a signed contract from the company and no one seems to care,the pit is 10ft deep and very dangerous to the community. In case of anything the company will be liable. My demands should be met as said in the contract.
