We are seeking a proactive Finance Manager to join our client, a leader in the distribution of agricultural products in Kenya. You will report directly to the CEO and contribute significantly to financial management and strategic decision-making within the organization.

• Lead the finance team, overseeing financial operations including analysis, payroll, and accounts management.
• Ensure timely production of financial reports and maintain robust internal controls.
• Drive compliance with fiscal and corporate governance standards.

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree and CPA (K) or ACCA qualifications.
• Minimum 10 years of experience with strong leadership and analytical skills.
