Location: Eldoret, Uasin Gishu, North Rift regions

Salary: Kshs 60-70K per month

Our client, an International tech company specializing in financial solutions for the agribusiness sector, is looking to hire a Field Officer. This role involves enhancing client relationships and managing projects, including guidance on finance applications and providing technical support.

• Visit clients for KYC verifications and collections.
• Analyze market trends and provide insights.
• Generate and follow up on new financing leads for agribusinesses.
• Maintain and enhance customer relationships to ensure a positive user experience.
• Meet monthly and yearly performance targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years in agri-financing within a financial institution.
• Experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Knowledge of the agriculture industry, loan processes, and IT proficiency are advantageous.
