This role involves managing human resource activities, ensuring legal compliance, processing payroll, supporting employee development, fostering positive relationships, and overseeing the performance management system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes.
• Manage payroll preparation and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
• Implement staff development and support career growth.
• Maintain excellent employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
• Administer an effective performance management system.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, HR Management, or related field.
• Membership with the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM).
• At least 7 years of HR experience, preferably in education.
