The School Driver is essential for the safe and efficient transport of students, staff, and supplies, adhering strictly to safety protocols. The role demands a high degree of professionalism and alignment with the foundation's values.
Responsibilities:
- Transport staff, students, and goods safely according to the schedule.
- Manage vehicle maintenance, cleanliness, and readiness.
- Conduct vehicle checks, report issues, and maintain records.
- Adhere to traffic laws and safety policies, ensuring all required documents are in the vehicle.
- Assist in emergency situations and support logistical needs for events.
Qualifications:
- Valid driving licenses including PSV and BCE-Class for over 2 years.
- Clear driving record and knowledge of relevant regulations.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in school bus transportation.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and first aid skills.
- Preference for Nakuru residents.
