Review of Transglobal Cargo Centre Ltd

I am a very disappointed customer as I recently used the Transglobal Cargo Center in Jomo Kenyatta Nairobi to receive a consignment from the UK consisting of computers and printers. I found the service very disappointing as they locked my luggage in even after paying and the Kamba woman on the reception demanded bribes from my agents to receive the payment receipts. There was an intentional delay of releasing the luggage so that I could be forced to pay for an extra day! And of all I now realise 4 monitors are missing from my consignment and there was an attempt to steal a box full of keyboards that they had taken from the luggage and put aside until we discovered it..The guards may be involved in this and the people in the loading bay..I will advice all people that it is very hard to have your cargo cleared fast at the Transglobal..every agent I talked to said they know what is going on there and there could even be false USD rates being used to make calculations! Please do not say you werent warned but their service is very very poor and I wouldnt be using it any other time..I highly regret the 2 times I have used their service that has left me annoyed and stressed..I feel robbed and do not think I would trust them any more!!!
