Review of Barclays Bank of Kenya Ltd -Ruaraka

I came to open a savings bank account last week which I was later going to upgrade it I to a check account.I deposited 500 ksh and then promised to call me once the account is ready but I've nor heard a word upto date!
I had no idea it takes forever to open a simple bank account at barclays bank.
