Review of Ransley McVicker & Shaw Advocates

I purchased two pieces of land through this advocate who was representing the seller, while the amounts were being collected by the bank (HFCK). Three months (90days) was the period to pay for balance after paying the initial amount of Kes. 270K, I paid for the balance before the time given, a Total amount of Kes 900K. The Title deeds were to come out in 1 month after clearing this balance. The customer service at the office has not been helpful, and only after further pressing 3months later they have the audacity to tell me I have not cleared the amount owed. I still have my receipts and I doubt now if these are genuine advocates, I am thinking of seeking a legal suit against the parties involved. I am so so disappointed in this I have never seen it anywhere with any of the advocates I have dealt with before.
