Dear Mr. Henry Muthanji,

I am very disappointed by your unprofessional behaviour where you blocked my car while at your parking lot and dented the front grill in the process.

As a visitor to Park Place, 2nd Parklands Avenue – where your offices are at, I was directed to park at parking lot number 29, which turns out to be your parking. Your decision to block my car – thus pushing the front grill inwards, was totally uncalled for.

Clearly, the guard who asked me to park there made a mistake and you should just have used another parking lot for the morning and reprimanded him. This way, you would have shown humility, leadership and guidance. Blocking my car for over two hours and demanding that I bring the guard who allowed me to park at your lot is unreasonable, childish and acting like a bully. A company MD cannot behave in such a manner.

I shudder to think of the conditions under which your employees serve and pray that you can show greater restraint when faced with such mundane issues thus avoiding stooping so low as to engage in silly fights.
