Review of Texas Systems Ltd

I visited Texas systems outlet next to Nakumatt Likoni to find a siren for my house in Nyali to replace my old siren. I clearly stated it was for a siren wired into my AC fuse box. The incompetent sales lady in the shop went on to demonstrate and sell me a DC siren that (unknown to her)had to be wired thro a battery powered circuit board that I obviously did not have at my house. After I bought the siren, tried unsuccessfully to install it and returned it to them, they refused to refund the sh.1500 I had paid for it and kept their DC siren. The money hungry owner refused to even talk to me or return my call. They are very unprofessional. Don't do business with them. Mediocrity at its best!! I ended up getting a siren from Nairobi. Dr.SM
