Review Non payment of rental income

They are my property managers. I seldom get my rental income from them. Sometimes it takes several months to see a deposit, it is sometimes short, bad communication where calls and emails go unanswered, statements are not sent or very seldom, repairs are done without authorization and receipts are never furnished, bad upkeep of the properties with many complaints from tenants where they have had to do their own repairs.
