Review of Summit Resort

i visited this place on christmass afternoon and was amazed by how disorganized the place was. first the manager had to send people to the supermarket to purchase mango juice which the hotel lacked and second the food took too much time to get ready. we ended up bringing the food from the kitchen by our selves and demanding our money back after cancelling some orders we had made due to time. they ruined my christmas lunch. i hated this place so much, i swore never to come back again.
