Review Louzy customer service

I asked/ordered for a 6 feet mattrass in Bobmil's salesoffice.....I was given a 74 inch mattrass, 2 inches too long. Since I do not count in inches but in cm, I did not notice. When I wanted to change the mattrass for the right size, I could not do that without additional payment, though it was 100% Bobmils fault.
