Staff-Restructuring our 5-unit establishments.
The transnational luxury tented camp franchise in which I am a Unit manager required an external eye to guide the synergized restructuring of the 7 Units, a factor whose absence was the cause of a great loss of energy and effect from a disjointed Unity of purpose in the entire range of Group management activities.These ranged from strategic Planning, to Functional process and activities, and into Strategic reviews of Groups activities at the close of each financial year.

Whike a lot of work was undertaken, to the satisfaction of all Line and unit managers in the group, of particular mention the results achieved in harmonizing the Staff Establishments in each Unit and then into the Group, that eliminated duplicated profiles and ambiguities, clarified job roles, and harmonized cross-structural interrelationships within each Unit and also within the Units of the Group.

Our Group has recovered a Unity of Purpose within each Unit and within the Units, achieved necessary symbioticism in the Group, and generated vital energy in all management processes. We are all hopeful of improved performance and an aggressive forecasting into our Planning into the future.

Going forward we have retained Egret Consults Inc as an ex-official component of our Group's Strategy Team, and have no doubts we shall benefit greatly from this relationship!
