this sacco has the worst customer service ever ,they have refused with my change twice now ,they take your money at the stage and they tell you they are looking for change and the driver drives off ,Mark one this is very baad

I concur with you yesterday I paid for my parcel and the parcel wasn't delivered and on doing the follow- up I realized they used the local matatus and my parcel was misplaced nawanaongea tu mbaya sana,
Worst service delivery.
