Am a very disappointed customer !..still waiting for title deed since last year march☹️

I bought land in ruiru east last year march and till to date have never gotten my title deed.. every time I enquire am always promised that the following month they'll be out!☹️..this is so disappointing!... until when will I keep on waiting?

I have been waiting since 2013. Yours is just the other day....i trusted Ujenzi those years and I have been following up for my title to date and the story I get is the same as yours. Something very serious must have happened to this company plus its properties and nobody comes out clear.
