Review Complaint

Hello,am a customer at KCB. I'm complaining about one of your staff manning parking area. He is so rude and uses threats. I can park to go ease myself and come back for the car, he'll follow me to come back and remove the car. I sit outside the car waiting for someone inside the bank he comes and harasses me to get into the car that I shouldn't be standing outside.I ask why he talks this way whenever park there..he tells to ask the bank manager. I find this arrogance and disrespectful.
