Review Totally disappointed ☹️☹️☹️☹️

I have a feeling I was conned, after changing scottish pounds to Kenya shillings, at a rate of 70shs, I go ahead to the next bureau to find their rate is 110, even Euros their rate was better, when I returned the teller comfortably told me the transaction is done he can do nothing, the weird part is I didn't even get a receipt, despite asking, I will never return or advise anyone I know to go there, but always remember karma is real what goes around comes around.
