Review Depot Shop at Head Office - Customer Experience

Recent Visit to the customers shop at the head office in Kahawa was an unpleasant experience. I walked in at 2:15pm and gave my order. Farmers choice staff members then flocked the shop and jumped the queue. My products here handed over to me approx. 2 hours later. I am extremely saddened by this experience and would prefer you let outsider know that the shop favors staff members over customers. That way we know in advance and can look for alternative purchase points.
