Review Criminals

SEB Estates are criminals that steal from unsuspecting tenants. They asked for 2 months deposit. My rent was inclusive of service charge and was never late. When I was moving my truck was prevented from coming into the estate because SEB had not remitted service charge to the estate for months. This is after I gave them a months notice that I was moving and called a week before to confirm that everything was in order and they said yes. 9 months later I have not received my refund. Rent a property managed by seb at your own risk.
