Review Telephone No. Listed doesn't work

The listed telephone number doesn't function. EMA is in charge of delivering passport and are meant to send out text messages to passport holders but they have not done this and so I need to contact them at the suggestion of the Immigration Office Nakuru, but cannot as the telephone listed does not operate.
