Review nprofessional and dishonest

Vehemently True, I also was robbed of my money when I booked a bus at Bee Centre Nairobi for Kshs. 1,500. The reporting time was to be at 5.30 in the morning of June 4th 2021. I was to travel home in Kendu Bay urgently. I arrived in time at 5.00 a,m only to be directed to Afya Centre in town. I arrived and found the bus was not there either. What made me start doubting is when they insisted at the time of booking that I could not pay via Mpesa. They insisted, I withdrew cash and paid. I do not understand even in these uncertain times of COVID 19 they do not even follow the Ministry of Health Guidelines. What annoys me most is that I was forced to pay twice to the Transcar to Oyugis which I believe is their sister company. Up to date I have never been refunded my money. I have made irreplaceable avoidance avoidance decision never to travel with these looters. For the public it is true they are dishonest and kindly avoid as much as you can. Please use Easy Coach instead.
