POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I went to enquirer about my mobile banking since it was not working on my Phone.I got there and consulted with one of the customer service desk attended to me extremely poorly sending me back and forth from one attendant to the other.While on my movements the two ladies assisting me began to gossip and insult me using the KAMBA LANGUAGE. I KNEW THAT THEY GOSSIPING AND INSULTING ME SINCE I AM ALSO A KAMBA BY BIRTH.KCB MOMBASA BRANCH OPPOSITE BLUE ROOM SHOULD TAKE NOTE SINCE I THAT IS REALLY BAD BEHAVIOR.i WILL BE CLOSING MY ACCOUNT WITH THE BANK SINCE I CANNOT TOLERATE SUCH DISRESPECT.I will not be recommending KCB TO ANYONE.
