Poor customer service and very arrogant personnel at their Embu booking office
I arrived there ready to book a seat to Sagana as I was in a hurry not to get to work late,They said they we only need two people so that we may leave one hour later I asked the guy at the booking office if it’s possible to get refund and at least have a cab instead but he was very rude telling I have to believe him that we only need two people.
This is a very bad thing for the Sacco of its stature
