Harassment from one of your sales representative.
One of your sales representative by the name Kevin Odhiambo really harrased me despite my fridge having sodas and to make matters worse I called the baba ndogo office to come and verbally explain myself ,which the lady by the name Cynthia agreed but said that we have to go together with this guy so that he can hear my grievances.This inhumane person I am complaining about refused vehemently we go together to the office and actually told me " whatever you do, wherever you go ,I must take the cooler." Mind you I have sodas inside...I even tried to beg him to give me time I sell your products inside but all my pleas fell on deaf ears. Then I told him to allow me talk to the manager but he said he's the final say.To cut the long story short the guy finally came with the youths to collect the fridge and I remember vividly even one youth asking him" I see she has the products ...so why can't you agree and let her have the fridge?" Anyway as by his words for sure I was helpless ,I let him take the fridge. I am not fighting to have the fridge back but for you guys to see how some of your sells reps dessapoint your clients since this is a win win situation. What makes me bitter is that I have worked with Pepsi and with their different sales reps but this one has ZERO customer care, ZERO communication skills and that's where we disagreed until he did what he did. My concern was honestly before a letter is drafted to retrieve the cooler, why is the cliant's side not heard? I am nursing my disappointments slowly but just know one very good sales rep by the name Victoria convinced me to give out coca cola cooler so that I take Pepsi but all I get is pure disappointment who didn't even care how I am going to sell the sodas he left behind. Taking the cooler is not wrong if I bridge the contract but the procedure and the follow up to ascertain if for sure whatever the guy is saying is true. I took pics of the fridge and I guess even my previous pics of the cooler are with you since that part he does it promptly. I don't even know if this will get to anybody but at least I aired my grievances and made you know that I am a very disappointed cliant with your products because of just one inhumane person who doesn't value customers. Thanks but despite this experience I have worked very GOOD with you but as the saying goes " one bad tomatoe spoils the rest," so I leave it there and say in a nutshell some sales rep can make you hate the company.
