Review poor customer response

we installed a davis and shirtliff pump in naivasha on may 2021 purchased from nakuru office in kenya through the county government of nakuru. the pump is meant for the community project. the pump have developed a mechanical problem.but the contact person by the name Githinji Is full of prejudice calling us laymen.we are yes, but the pump should work as long us it has a guarantee. davis and shartliff is a highly reputable company and it should live to its core values.
pump problem is it has reduced the water volume it is pumping to just 1/3 after pumping for 2 months since it was commissioned in may.the government technical team have visited the borehole thrice and the water is stable contrary to davis and shirtliff rep saying the borehole has no water!!!!!
