Terrible Service
Forced to go to Haria's because no other option in Nairobi. They are willing to take your money but only give credit notes and no refund, without exception, even if you are waiting for months. When goods haven't arrived (even after 4 months) they simply throw up their hands and say there's nothing I can do. Every store has some ability to give a refund - they are simply not willing to here. They also just pass the buck. They say they will call you back to give you an update but don't. The manager Mr. Shah admits there is nowhere else for people to go and therefore they can't do what they want. "It is the way it is," he says. Very unfortunate. Feeling very cheated.
