Review Poor

Disappointed with the service, or lack of it that i got at Orthomed. Ordered and paid for some product which their site indicated incorrectly was available. No one indicated that the products were not in stock, only offering some 'alternatives',which were miles off the problem to be addressed.
Cancelled the order after three days, and requested for a refund of the payment made-Still waiting 5 days after cancellation of order. Orthomed Health supplies can do better, but Cannot recommend to anyone owing to my experience.
