Review Con complaint.

There are guys going round conning people in Kenya. One calls himself Boen but his real name is Rono.
Am waiting for the right time I'll deal with him accordingly, he almost conned my dad 13k. Am setting up a trap for him I sure I'll cupture him at one point coz he's also very stupid.
