Review Waiting for vehicles for too long

I usually enjoy using this sacco but today!!! I am specifically addressing the Ongata Rongai Mololine services.I have been using this sacco for more than 6years now but the one in Ongata Rongai is terrible. The vehicle has taken more than 3 hours yet we have already paid. There is no communication given. When you ask about it, they respond so rudely.

I mean if like using Mololine let it not be the one in Ongata Rongai.
Worst services ever!!!
