Review Super heartbreaking experience

I trusted Max child Care premium nanny services to find a caring and professional nanny for my child, and after the interview, I felt confident I had found someone I could work with. But what I experienced was the exact opposite. One day, I checked my home camera and saw my child crying uncontrollably, and the nanny—who was supposed to be caring for her—was completely unbothered, sitting right next to her without any attempt to comfort her. As a mother, this was heartbreaking and infuriating.

To make matters worse, the agency failed to disclose that this nanny had not worked since 2019, something that would have heavily impacted my decision. I trusted them to screen and recommend professionals, and they let me down. Offering a replacement doesn’t erase the fact that I put my child in the hands of someone who simply didn’t care.

For the high fee I paid, I expected far more from this agency—both in professionalism and transparency. I hope this review helps other parents think twice before trusting this service.
