Review of Kenya Power & Lighting Co Ltd

We applied for electricity about 3 months ago and my wife calls Nyahururu office every other day to find out what's the problem because since then they have been giving excuses that they don't have materials. We are sure these people want to be bribed but we don't have anymore money to bribe them so that they can come finish the work. We paid everything. Our account NO is ********. Is there anyone who can help please? Thanks
