ARN Security - Naivasha, Kenya

I have had one of the worst experiences with a supermarket guard with a guard from ARN. This particular guard was at Naivas Supermarket, Westlands branch on 15/05/2017. While scanning for any prohibited items on me using his hand held scanner, he hit my phone which was in my pocket. I asked him what if that action had broken/cracked my phone, and I was dismissed disrespectfully, and was in fact told that it was my fault for not removing my phone from my pocket!
I find this behaviour totally unacceptable! I got to speak to the guard's supervisor, and he promised to take action.
