They simply don't refund your deposit. They need to be sued for them to learn a lesson. And when you are late on rent payment they harass you and charge exhorbitant late payment charges. Thieves.

The lady owner is such a witch. She steals your deposit under disguise of repairs which don't happen and the landlord is not aware. Keep off or else she will 'eat' you deposit. Thieves.
Zero star

Rohi is the worst that has ever been in the real estate sector.They are very inefficient. Keep off the houses they manage. Don't put your property under their management.

I wish there was a zero star. The lady is so mean and rude when you move houses, but pretends to be nice when you want one. Seems the landlords also don't like this company because a good number have fired them.
