Poor service delivery
From Nairobi to Bungoma your driver started operating like Matatu from Kipkaren to Kanduyi. Making a 10mins stop at Bukembe as he waits for short distance passengers. We felt so bad.

I couldnt believe that with the photo of the receipt,the photo of the id,and the delivery message i could not pick my parcel,;call it protocol;policy or whatever,your trash services are overrated,certainly wouldnt recommend you to anyone;how you are surviving in business is beyond me,
