those without)and also DEMOCRATIC SELECTIONS sumultaneously in perpetuity (not 50% population,above 18 years deciding in 5 year intervals,even if elections were perfect,which they are far from being) to form DEVELOPMENT BY DEMOGRAPHIC SELECTIONS,in PERPETUITY.We do this 24 hours a day,365 days a year,31.56 million seconds a year,IN PERPETUITY.Against every requirement or priority,an equivalent value of a basket of shares from the Nairobi Securities Exchange takes place. Recently,a basket of at least all shares cost Sh7,500 each from which we aquire for ALL Kenyans,to reach Sh50 million,with EVERY Kenyan getting Sh 1 each. There is no mega-Kenyan or a micro-Kenyan.(Kenyan govt spends equivalent of Sh158 per person per day for 50 million Kenyans.Some get Sh 1 mn per month,for which income taxes are paid alright,(Sh300,000 or so)but the many, say 200 other Kenyans ,who do not reach it are NOT HELPED TO EARN,not even up to minimum tax free level,but ANYTHING.)No person is a megaKenyan or others one fifty-millionth of a micro-Kenyan:ALL Kenyans ARE EQUAL.We ensure this happens.We divide activities on a daily basis for easy management.
Commitments are to be in Sh50 million units leveraged from NSE shares,until EVERY Kenyan gets towards Sh161,580 pa.
