Company description
We manufacture and export light curved ballistic glass also known as Bulletproof Glass or Transparent armor
Levels:
NIJ IIIA 29 kilos/sq meter SUV set $5,500 (High Speed 9mm)
B5 59 kilos/sq meter $6,500 (5.56 SS109 and AK-47 soft core)
B6 86 kilos/sq meter $7,500 (7.62 Nato Ball)
AIR CHAMBER GLASS: The process patented by ISBI ARMORing involves an air chamber that makes the glass 40% lighter than those used by other companies. Other companies from Europe or America all use the same Basic glass. Multiple layers of laminated glass, laminated to a thin sheet of polycarbonate. These laminates are heavy and tend to delaminate. This is because polycarbonate and glass expand at different rates with temperature changes.
In our system we leave an air gap between the glass and the polycarbonate. This prevents delamination.
The glass side is the strike face. This glass (chemically hardened) deforms the bullet and then the polycarbonate stops it. Our polycarbonate is more than twice as thick as conventional glass (glass clad polycarbonate).
In the level IIIA you can shoot from the inside (one way glass) with a 9mm pistol. This bullet will completely pasess through because it first strikes the soft polycarbonate and then the hard glass. So you can actually defend yourself with this system.
We have molds for most popular vehicles.
Shipping anywhere in the world in three days,
5 years warranty against delamination
