This a 22 weeks unique intensive program of change management incorporating personal attention and group therapy with a one year follow up for complete diabetes reversal. A full day workshop that is basically designed to lay a foundation of diabetes reversal. It is designed for diabetics, prediabetics as well as any nondiabetics. It is aimed at creating awareness of the science behind diabetes reversal and the dos and the donts of diabetes reversal.

Features of the foundation program

Diet: Learn how foods we eat are causing diabetes. How and why correct foods can reverse diabetes. How to handle food cravings and how to eat discriminatingly at social gatherings. Finally you will learn how correct foods can reverse diabetic complications and the effects to other systems.

Exercise: How does exercise effect glucose metabolism? Types of exercises, their importance in diabetes reversal.

Stress release and positivity : Learn how to manage your stress and remain positive about life.

The basic program is a half day seminar.

Features of the basic program

Diet: Learn how and why diabetes is on the rise, how can it be prevented as well how it can be reversed with the correct foods. How diabetic complications can be reversed and the effects of these diets on other systems of your body.

Exercise : You’ll learn how exercise is important in diabetes reversal. You will also learn what types of exercise are best for you as well as guidelines for exercise
