We are a well-established financial and investments services provider registered by the Government of Kenya under the Ministry of Development. Founded in 2010 by a team of visionary members, the society have expanded its operations from Kitengela to Mlolongo, Embakasi, Githurai and Nairobi CBD. Our main products are savings, loans, investments and welfare products.

Our major clients have been small scale

Our central objective as at the inception was to provide efficient, effective financial services to the youths, women, families, self-help groups and communities helping them realize their life dreams, maximizing their potential through creativity, innovative entrepreneurship and empowerment programs by aspiring fundamental financial advice and credit services for sustainable development.

REAL ESTATE PROJECT
Real estate investment is one of the potential long term investments that help members to realize and grow wealth by Commitment of capital into a real estate investment.
One of our core objectives is the economic empowerment of our members.

To make that objective come true, the society decided to designed a simple scheme which will enable our members acquire land in appropriate locations in and around Nairobi and develop the land into planned residential estates which are affordable to our members. Our plots targets are usually identified in prime areas maily in Kitengela along Namanga Road ( Kisaju and Isinya) and in Ruai along Kangundo Road (Joska, Kamulu and Kantafu)

How it works:

Step 1
Members join the scheme with a registration fee of kshs 1000 and start making contributions at a rate of kshs 300 per day or kshs 8 000 per month. The society will locate a plot to each individual who have contributed for more than 4 months.

Step 2
As members continue to contribute the society will be identifying more suitable lands, negotiate with the owners and commence the purchase process.

Step 3
Once the land has been purchased the society will undertake the following tasks on behalf of the members:

 Subdivide the plots into appropriate sizes and obtain the title documents for each plot,
 Demarcate roads and common areas.
 Ensure that water and electricity are made accessible.
 Develop standard building plans and have them approved by the relevant authorities.

Step 4
The plots will then be offered to members who have been contributing for the project at minimal cost. Members will be given ample time to pay for their plots and the society will offer loans members for this purpose which will be repaid within 60% at the rate of 1% reducing balance.

Step 5
The society may also undertake construction of houses on the plots and offer finished houses to members on a tenant purchase scheme. This will enable members enjoy occupancy of their homes even as they pay for them.

We encourage members to join this scheme as we have designed it for them and we believe it is the easiest way to your own home.
