Morning I am without power since January recently they come home and take my meter and were but when my mother came there you told her to wait sms after 2 weeks from that time no any sms or calls do I need to send my mum back to office my ID number ******** thank you in advance

My quotation was 35,490 I paid 28,600, didn't I qualify for supply then my monthly bill included in the balance? What will happen to the amount allready paid because it is long time?
