Shelter Afrique is a partnership of 44 African Governments, the African Development Bank (AfDB), and the Africa Reinsurance Company. We build strategic partnerships and provide a wide range of products and services to ensure the efficient delivery of affordable housing and commercial real estate, such as project finance, institutional lending, equity investments & joint ventures, trade finance, and social housing. Additionally, we offer practical advice and technical assistance to various industry stakeholders.
