Action For Children In Conflict UK in Kenya - Thika

In the last 2 years I have followed the work of Action for Children in Conflict with alot of admiration. In particular I have monitored the street children prevention programme which is anchored on partnership with local public schools and communities and found it to a very effective way of supporting communities to tackle the problem of street children. The school programme is complemented by the a school holiday club which brings together hundreds of children from local schools into creative sessions with volunteers and the organization's staff
