Nyandarua County Council - Nyahururu, Kenya

I have always wished to check on what is happening in Nyandarua. Although we receive no services from the council please improve online communication we can be ab;le to get issues on land rates. What happens to a shamba with sub-devided with different title deeds but under the same name this is my father case he is sick and elderly I feel I should find out but I cant make to come to Nyahururu am working in Kilifi what can I do. Please help
