The Travel House Ltd - Nairobi, Kenya

We contracted the Travel House to process tickets for a group of students going for a conference in the USA. We paid them over kshs. 1M for the tickets only to discover days to the trip that the tickets they issued us were fake! They had eaten our money and were calmly waiting for us to show up for check in at the airport only to discover we had no valid tickets! When we notified them, they just gave us the run around..Michael Mwathe and Jonathan Kyalo will lie to you countless times without even batting an eyelid. Exasperated, we had to involve the police and that is when we discovered that Michael Mwathe has become a conman par excellence with several reports and cases pending against him and ours just joined the list. It is almost a year now since we were conned by the Travel House and we are yet to get back our money.
We can only sum up our dealing with the Travel House as a Total Nightmare!!
