Hotel Nyakoe design’s permeating sense of sophistication is a signature trait of the founders, who created the clean, romantically eclectic space with one eye on the street and the other in the heavens.The design concept of Hotel Nyakoe evokes the evolution of Kisii’s architectural heritage over the past century and reflects the stylistic trends visible in Kisii today. All of the materials used in construction are consistent with the existing character of the community. It is the first hotel of its kind to be built in Nyakoe. The hotel’s architecture heavily borrows from its surrounding’s with the cottages being built to resemble round mud huts that are a common within the area. Urban thrills aren’t left on the sidewalk but travel right in with us, like Kisii
